Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the WE GROW COLOUR website and, by accessing this Website, emailing us, engaging with our social media platforms and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
We may from time to time change, update or replace our Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Please do read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Cookies policy prior to contacting us/ making an order.

WE GROW COLOUR FLOWERS
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our seasonal, sustainable flowers. We only pick what is currently on our Artisan flower farm at the time of an order being placed.
Photographs are illustrative only as each arrangement is completely unique.
We cannot promise specific varieties, numbers of stems or colours but we will always do our best to work towards requests.
We reserve the right to substitute any flowers and to use flowers from local growers/British growers where necessary. This applies to all flowers sold either as wedding/ event/ seasonal bouquets/ sympathy and DIY buckets - (We have separate Terms & Conditions for Weddings & Events available on request).
To get the best from our flowers a care guide is provided with every bouquet. Our flowers are properly conditioned prior to going out however it is the responsibility of the receiver to follow our flower care guidelines to get the best vase life.
Once delivered either locally or using our Nationwide service we cannot be held responsible for the quality of our flowers. For events, we cannot be held responsible for the vase life and condition of flowers following our installation.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Delivery Policy
Our Nationwide Service We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service to deliver our bouquets Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays).
You will receive email confirmation when the order has been accepted by Royal Mail, with updates about delivery slots on the day of delivery. We do not have any control over these delivery time slots and cannot be held responsible for flowers being delivered at a time later than you would like.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries or Return To Sender actions or for flowers being taken from a provided safe place. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses.
We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government lockdowns, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.We cannot under any circumstances offer re-deliveries.
Our Local Delivery Service
Flowers are delivered within 10 miles of Beaminster. We calculate delivery price based on the postcode you provide us with.
We will always do our best to work towards an agreed delivery date and time, however we can only attempt to deliver once.
If you or the recipient for a delivery is not at home, the flowers will need to be left in a safe place (at your own risk) specified on the original order, or with a neighbour for safekeeping where possible. Instructions for your preferred safe-keeping will need to be given when placing your order.
If no safe-place information is provided we will leave flowers by the front door, take a photograph and contact you to advise delivery was made. If you know in advance you won't be in at the time of delivery we ask you leave a clean bucket of water outside for us to place the flowers in as we cannot provide one.
Once we deliver flowers we cannot be held responsible for the quality or longevity of them.
Collection is available strictly by appointment only from our plot in Beaminster, however we will not be held responsible for any damages or losses, either to you personally, or to your vehicles as a result of you collecting.
Amendments / Refunds / Cancellation Policy for Fresh Flowers
If an amendment needs to be made to an order please email us as soon as possible at hello@wegrowcolour.co.uk
Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and this will be done at our discretion. Please email us as soon as possible so we can work out a solution.
Very occasionally Royal Mail take longer than 24 hours to deliver. If this happens we will be in touch to arrange a new order being delivered on a date to suit you at no extra cost.
However, in normal circumstances, as our product is perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refunds if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery.
Refunds of Non- Perishable Items
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers or have another issue with your order, we strive to make this right. Customer care is very important to us.
We ask you to please provide us with a photograph of the flowers and further details within 3 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full or part refund or other compensation.
Compensation is offered at our discretion when we believe our flowers have not met the standard we would expect. We do not accept liability for flowers that have not lasted as long as they should if it is clear the care guidelines haven’t been correctly followed.
As our homegrown flowers are grown without artificial pesticides we do not expect them to last as long as treated and more widely available flowers.
